 Hello reader, 

I am Sheila Herrera and I am an Education student at the University of Regina. 

I created this blog (virtual journal) to share what I learned in my course of "Teaching as a Helping Profession" with Karen Wallace. I hope this blog is helpful for all pre-service teachers and current teachers to become trauma-informed teachers. 

In this blog, I shared my takeaways and reflections for each class, activities and tests related to the topics, and a self-care plan. I also included references to each topic, in case anyone wants to research more about it.
